The AmCham Koahsiung Office is organized into the following departments: Finance, Government & Public Affairs, Membership, Events & Marketing, and Publications.
The Chamber is governed by an elected Board of Governors and Board of Supervisors.
Much of the work of the Chamber is conducted through its industry committees.
